Updated the Preserve Target option to only work when you aren't in control of your character (feared, pollyed, etc).
Updated Layouts 2 and 3.
Layouts are now customizable per frame (party, pet, player, target).
When changing layouts, health, mana, buffs update immediately to the correct amounts and positions.
Layouts will no longer crash you out when changing options.
When text size changes it is no longer "garbled".

Target Frame will now show 16 debuffs.

Option to show Only buffs you can cast and Admiral's Hat.
Option to Show/Hide Player Debuffs on Player Frame.
Added option to change borders on units (None, Rounded, Square).
